Alex is gaining experience in the development of measurement, reporting and verification (MRV) systems, and supports on the compilation of air quality and greenhouse gas emission inventories. He is currently contributing to the development of a climate action transparency hub in Central Africa, in addition to providing support to build capacity and knowledge on MRV, climate finance and GHG inventories in Azerbaijan. Alex is also a member of Aether’s data visualisation and air quality assessment teams.
Prior to joining Aether, Alex graduated with an MSc in Sustainable Development at the University of Exeter. Outside of work, he enjoys paddle boarding, padel, playing guitar and is an avid fan of Formula 1.
