Rob has a strong Finance background and has developed a reputation for innovation and organisational improvement in a range of different industries.  His experience covers all sizes of business from start-ups and multi-national organisations, and he has launched businesses from scratch, provided new strategic direction for SME’s finding themselves in declining industries, and worked within large, multi-nationals to change ways of working within complex organisational structures.  Whatever the circumstance he has a reputation for finding innovative ways to improve performance across the board. 

Rob is relatively new to Aether and brings a fresh management style and a new perspective on how the organisation can deliver on its goals of guiding clients to better environmental solutions.  He is working with the team to develop new growth opportunities for the business and is keen to engage with both existing and potential clients to pushing the industry forward to push the global environmental agenda and find workable solutions. 

Outside of work, Rob is a great believer in the active mind active body philosophy and is a keen tennis player and skier but very much a jack of all trades.  On any given weekend you might as easily find him doing a bit of sailing, surfing, climbing, or hiking, reading up on how lateral vs linear thinking shapes the current geo-political landscape, or even engaging in a bit of ballroom dancing.
