Collaborative Meeting for Small Inventory Teams

20 May 2021

This week Aether hosted its first collaborative meeting for small national GHG and AQ emissions inventory teams, and we welcomed participants spanning Europe from Iceland to Cyprus. We have been lucky enough to work with some amazing teams for more than ten years, who produce high quality national level outputs and reports despite boasting smaller teams and resources that many other nations and EU Member States. Through these experiences, we have wanted to better facilitate informal discussions and practical knowledge sharing between these teams on how to best set up a successful national inventory programme.

We learnt that inventory teams are facing many of the same issues but solve problems in different ways. We are grateful to our network for contributing with such enthusiasm and for the clear feedback that we should be doing this again! Please get in touch if you’d be interested in getting involved.
