Pauline Mason, Commercial Director
Pauline directs the planning and development of our commercial strategies. Drawing on 30 years’ experience in business development, bid management and marketing, she guides our high-performing teams as we build sustained partnerships and long-standing relationships with our customers and enter new markets.
Pauline has led successful work winning teams across diverse sectors including environment, shared mobility, transport, engineering and infrastructure, and across SMEs, startups and multi-national firms. She supports the professional growth of our expert teams as we pursue opportunities to turn data into actions which solve environmental problems.
An avid reader, Pauline also loves to refurbish second-hand furniture in her spare time.
