Corporate Climate Change Advisory

We help clients develop a clear, holistic corporate sustainability strategy that addresses investor concerns, provides a competitive advantage, and encourages employee engagement.

Shareholders, clients, employees, and other stakeholders are increasingly expecting greater action on corporate responsibility and demanding transparent reporting to demonstrate progress.

Through a series of brief, collaborative workshops, we work with the c-suite and senior management to understand the key drivers, priorities, opportunities and risks to the business. The materiality assessment determines which sustainability issues matter most, and the level of influence the client has over each issue identified.

We undertake competitor and supply chain analysis within the client’s sector and carry out market research to identify and evaluate relevant and achievable sustainability benchmarks.

We also undertake a gap analysis to review existing policies and available data and identify the opportunities for growth and improvement.

How the strategy fits within the business and how it will guide decision making
Who is responsible for delivering the strategy, including monitoring and updates
What actions will be taken, and how they will be provided
Communications plans and training plans
How environmental and sustainability awareness will be improved in the business
