Holly is an experienced project manager and has co-ordinated projects for various clients in countries such as the UK, Saint Lucia and Mauritius. She is managing Aether’s contribution to the National Emissions Ceilings Directive (NECD) inventory review, for the European Commission. The aim of this review is to check and improve upon the air pollutant inventories of all European Union Member States and to determine their compliance with their emissions reduction commitments.

To facilitate Paris Agreement reporting and build evidence bases for informed decision making, Holly supports countries around the world to develop their institutional arrangements and online climate action data management systems.

Holly has expertise in greenhouse gas and air pollutant emissions inventory compilation. In particular, she has knowledge of the energy sector and has provided capacity building support to national experts in inventory compilation and review in Saint Lucia, Uganda, Libya and Rwanda.

She graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA in Natural Sciences and then from King’s College London with an MSc in Environmental Monitoring, Modelling and Management.
