TFEIP meeting in Istanbul

Aether staff have recently returned from the UNECE Task Force on Emission Inventories and Projections’ (TFEIP) 2013 meeting in Istanbul. The meeting was attended by more than 130 emission inventory experts from Europe and the EECCA countries.

Chris chaired the meeting and Melanie chaired the Projections Expert Panel meeting. The main objectives of the meeting were to:

– Provide a forum for discussion between emission inventory compilers

– Present an update on the Gothenburg Protocol revision and discuss the draft reporting guidelines

– Present and discuss the updated EMEP / EEA Guidebook Chapters
