Chris Dore presents emission inventories under the LRTAP Convention

Chris Dore recently attended the European Commission to present the work on emission inventories under the LRTAP Convention.

The European Commission will shortly be working to update their National Emissions Ceilings Directive. The reporting requirements for this Directive have many parallels with the LRTAP Convention. So the Commission and Member States are interested in the recent developments under the Convention – which have included revised reporting Guidelines and the introduction of an “Adjustment” mechanism.
