Six new project wins for the land development services team

1 September 2025

Following the recent expansion of our Land Development services, Aether is pleased to announce the award of six new projects with one of the UK’s Top 14 House Developers.*

The projects range from large Environmental Impact Assessments for residential schemes of up to 1,000 dwellings, to stand-alone sustainability, energy and air quality reports for outline applications of around 60 dwellings. They extend across the country, from the South West to the East of England.

With our broadened service offer (including Part L energy modelling, Part O overheating assessments, daylight and sunlight studies, and zero-carbon strategies) Aether now delivers integrated support across both air quality and sustainability for land development projects of all scales.

These new commissions build on our strong track record in air quality assessments and reinforce Aether’s position as a trusted partner for developers seeking robust, joined-up advice on planning and sustainability. By combining expertise in air quality, energy and carbon management, we help clients meet planning requirements, ensure regulatory compliance and achieve ambitious sustainability targets.
